Hi guys. Exercise ferments the humors, casts them into their proper channels, throws off redundancies, and helps nature in those secret distributions, without which the body cannot subsist in its vigor, nor the soul act with cheerfulness.

When you get around to stripping the forks ask at Britbike.com [or do a search there but that does not work for me]
The "book" says you need special tools but you are better off using other methods, there are brilliant fork seals available also, much better than what the factory installed in '69.
